Upon approval of your request:
- We will supply an authorized return shipping label
- Clear instructions will be sent detailing where and how to ship your parcel
Important: Parcels mailed back without prior authorization or a valid return request will be rejected.
3. Transit Damages & Defects
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
Should a product arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us instantly so our team can investigate and resolve the issue.
